Here's how they work ...  

1.  Watch the DVD to see the techniques.

Watch Linda demonstrate the techniques and explain the principles and concepts.  She'll also explain and demonstrate how to correct common painting mistakes.

2. Practice the techniques.

Now, practice the featured techniques you've just watched on DVD.   Use practice boards, and do the technique again and again until you are comfortable with it. (Save your finished practice boards to create a wonderful reference library of Coulter Grisaille™ techniques.)  Included on the CD are photographs of Linda's practice panels featuring the techniques that she demonstrated in the lesson. 

3.  Paint a Bonus Project.

When you're ready, and feel confident and comfortable with the techniques you've learned, then you can try your hand at applying those techniques to a beautiful project.  Print out the pattern, written instructions and photographs from the Compact Disc as you need them to guide you through the project.
